SEGA SATURN HDTV?

    Looks like it is 624px width, this is not HDTV i think.

    It probably isn't HDTV but it is High resolution so it still sor of looks cool on a normal TV or very cool on a wide screen TV using the widescreen option.

    Who knows what Hi-Ten was, back then HD wasn't standardized as 480p+

    480p is not HD.... thats progressive scan :D 720p is HD o.0, but officialy anything with a high bitrate is denominated as HD by the US gov...

    PSX hi res is very impressive and I have to respectfully disagree that the Saturn's looks any better, the hi res on the psx in motion looks beautiful, as good as any saturn hi res game, apart from Virtua Fighter 2 that is.

    Why wouldn't 480p be considered HD? Yes technically its ED because its "only" twice amount of lines per field as a 480i but its still only available on progressive TVs e.g. HD.
