BS-Zelda doesn't work even on real hardware until it is patched. Some patches work on real hardware, some patches don't work on real hardware though. I do not think anyone here should endorse making BS-Zelda cartridges and selling them on ebay, essentially making money off Nintendo's game, and many patchers' work.

Make all the cartridges you want for yourself, but when you start auctioning them off to rake in big bucks you're pretty much an asshole. Oh ya and it's illegal. However people do get away with it when they are in countries that don't seem to enforce copyrights.

If anyone decides to make a Starfox 2 cart ill buy one!! WTF, id take a BS Zelda cart too. I looked into making my own Starfox 2 cart and it seemed like too much for me, as i dont know how to reflash ROM chips, or for that matter actually putting the reflashed chip back into the cart.

To be honest I doubt you'd get a sympathetic ear from ebay anywhere in the world, regardless of the level of copyright enforcement, on this issue. I do agree, though - selling them as genuine is no different from any other kind of forgery, which is to say it's really shitty behaviour.
