I always wanted to play Shadow of Memories, ever since it had been announced for PS2. Don't ask me why, but I have not managed to buy the game during the past 10 years... is it still recommendable and would it still be fun to play?

And on a sidenote, is the Japanese version of the game playable? I somehow remember that you could play it in English language mode - or am I mistaken? Or was it just the audio that's in English? And considering that it takes place in Germany, is there some German audio by any chance? :livid:

It was made in Germany, and there's a fair chance a German version is released.
I got the Xbox version and it was only released in Europe, later on in Japan.

The PSP version had new dubs I believe. I loved the game when it came out on the PS2.

    o_O I never knew about a PSP-version! Interesting...

Both the PS2 and Xbox-version were released in Germany with German subtitles. I was just wondering if there was German audio by any chance...mh, apparently not. Instead it's English language set in a German town in 1902... herp derp
Disappointing but had to be expected.

Does anyone know if the Japanese version features English audio then? Or even English texts? It was released almost at the same time in Europe/Japan and Konami's Silent Hill 2 had the same feature afterall (even the Japanese version features all kinds of language settings such as German, French, Spanish!).
