When your dealing with small-time businesses, HK is pretty unfriendly. Like others have said, if its not worth their time, they usually won’t help you as much as the other guy. That especially goes if you don’t have good Cantonese.

    Thank you!!!

    Hello all,

After 10 days in Indonesia and 6 days in Hong Kong, I am back in the UK. Little bit Jetlagged and already back to work, I wanted to thank everybody for their help in findings the shop, I have visited most of them and will upload pictures and a video Mrs made @ Barry's later.

For now, just a picture of what I bought, nothing too fancy, but still a Supergrafx and Monster World IV for the Megadrive!!! Xbox accessories are cheap compared to the UK. And what's up with Doraemon??? well 7 Eleven are running a campaign with the good old robot cat from the future and I had no game on him so...

Did you get the SuperGrafx from the 188 place? I remember a place on the first floor had a one with no manual and a box...

Actually not, I got it from Barry's, I didn't see that SuperGrafx @ 188 place, though there is a PC Engine GT going for $HK 750 on the first floor, I also saw a Famicom Floppy Disk Drive at the same place.

Héhé, I've took a morning at Sam Shui Po, hunting for megadrive pirates games... No luck :D I found some at outrageous price (Like 150HKD for a pirate multigame) and they did not even wanted to sell them to me ("we sell no game" they said while having the cartriges right in front of me.)

I also found a closed stash with lot of dev stuff (from Megacd DEV CDR's to Super Famicom dev system)... And again, the building guardian told me "it is always closed".

Héhé, so... Its the fall of the pirates video games at HK ? I never saw so few video games things (appart from Wii and PSP), even in small cities in France you can find more.

Any Hints for sam shui po? Thx :D
