And here I thought "the sarcasm is self-explanatory, what idiot wouldn't get it?" guess I was wrong...

IIRC Segammy lost the source code for NiGHTS and a bunch of other really valuable games, so I wouldnt be surprised if they literally destroyed/throw away all hardware blueprints and development stuff seeing at the time Sega was leaving console manufacturing forever.

 

Have you played Gunstar Super Heroes?

I wouldn't call that Gunstar Heroes 2. I would call that: "Tetsu Okano again demonstrates that after Segagaga he completely ran out of ideas and just sits around remaking previous games/remixing series."

Though Gunstar Super Heroes may have been the first time he pulled that BS... the other would be that festering pile of waste called Thunder Force VI.
