Well i used to just delete things from peoples posts and leave a note. People dont seem to like that so just gets deleted now. Most of the time we take the time to send a pm but sometimes were in a rush or are doing 2-3 things at the same time and forget.

How about following the rules instead of having the mods clean up after you?

assembler, the topic in question was a misunderstanding. I didnt make it clear what I meant when I said "anything you want is included"

I didnt mean roms, but a mod took it to mean just that and deleted it. All im saying is if the mod would have said "HEY FIX THAT SO THERES NO WAY IT COULD BE TAKEN TO MEAN YOU ARE SELLING ROMS" I would have fixed it asap.

I totally dont have a problem with stupid posts being removed without warning but a possable misunderstanding or something can be easily fixed.

Not trying to piss anyone off or anything, just putting in my 2 cents.

I would like to know why a post of mine was deleted from a thread, it was in the off topic section on members websites, where borman had posted a video of a halflife stargate mod, all i simply asked was where i could download the mods from, which as far as im aware is not illegal or anything of the sort

Shit of mine has definitly been deleted. It's never anything important, but it does piss me off. I had an entire thread deleted. Again, it's not anything critical, but I'm pretty sure it still falls under the "Shady" category when something goes completely missing with no reason.

Actually, ignore my previous post, since found it, it wasnt in the members websites section but rather the gaming videos one

On saying that i know i have had posts deleted before now without what i feel is a good reason.

yes, my grandmother's nude pictures thread i made was deleted some time ago as well. - just kidding, I wouldnt post those on the internet.

Nevertheless I have actually never noticed such a phenomenon. May it be a glitch more than a few rogue moderators after a smoke? Whenever I ve seen a deletion, there was always a reason given , so no complaints here.

(then again, maybe my posts are too cool to get deleted, which makes me feel very special and warm inside!)

There is a glitch in the system. Only last week I made a post and saw it within the thread but the very next day it had gone! This board is in a bit of a mess behind the scenes so these things will happen from time to time I guess.

Assembler mods have a game where they blindfold themselves and click randomly on the site!
