Hi people, I've been trying to post longer reviews to youtube and I was told I need more "thumbs up" on my videos so I can make youtube partner. Ten minutes is just not long enough to cover some rare items. If anyone is so motivated, please visit my channel and give me some "thumbs up" ratings.. It's silly I know but that's what I've been told. http://www.youtube.com/user/ASSEMblerEX Thanks.
Like at least a dozen vids now, jesus that's a lot of uploads. 128 Is this the new museum or is that a project for another day?
Is that you talking? I would have thought you'd have used one of those voice changer things, like some ex gang member on an interview or something! I don't know, I tend to lose interest after much more than 10 minutes... maybe sooner. You can always have a part two... if you don't upload it for a while, it'll get people subscribing so they know when it's out, and keep the interest going. Or, script your videos and make them as concise as possible. I notice that Americans like to pad out commentaries (where you could just have a title saying GoldenEye 64 review for 2 seconds, these people tend to give an audio commentary... "Hey, I'm Ron, welcome to my video review of GoldenEye 64 for the Nintendo 64 games console. OK, what I'm going to do is go ahead and show you GoldenEye 64 running..." Incidentally, why do Americans say that whole "go ahead and..." thing?!? It's unnecessary! I'm thumbs-upping some videos (keeping it to ones I'd make a point to watch - otherwise I'm just bloating my list, after all) for you. Still, I'd vote for keeping them short and sweet, having a multi-parter where necessary. It'll cache better on slower systems then, too.
