that is the bbaconfig disc for use with metrowerk's debugger. (someone else linked it earlier in the thread).
Metroworks is the alternative way to develop for GC. There's either Metroworks or SN Systems. I just installed Metroworks now and relised it only supports up to visual studio .net 2003 not 2005 which is annoying and means I've got to remove it all and install the SN Systems one instead. SN Systems made the TDEV and cable, Metroworks have a broadband thing.
I think I found something interesting. Could this be the compiler that you need to create code that will run on the TDEV? Its made by SN Systems for the Gamecube... http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZSBKFWQW
Hum...so far you've just been posting stuff that's been around since 2001 at least. How about some pictures, eh?
Yes ProDG is required to code for it. I've got everything from SN Systems including ProDG and a valid license. A valid license is required to even start the target manager (targets are T-Devs, NPDPs, DDK and TCP/IP)
Can you post whatever this 'valid license' is? I'm assuming its software, and if it is, it seems to be the key to actually using this thing. Also, if you have a license, do you know how to use this thing?
Sorry I can't as it's not my license, and the purchasers have no idea about my use of it. It's basically near-enough the same sorta file that the keygen outputs, but has been changed as the keygen version's license isn't valid, and is locked to a specific mac address, handially mine is spoofed under hardware manager and works fine. I've got the VS intergration, which is basically the same as the XDK 1, you open VS, create a new project of gamecube game type (there is also gamecube dll and gamecube library) and it creates the project. I haven't actually tried it on a working system yet though as the wizard needs the J# runtine library installed for some obscure reason. Though that being said, I've got a few license files as each one lasts a pathetic 2 or 3 months, so if anyone thinks they can create a new keygen then I'd be in for that.
It's a GPG key as far as I'm aware, looks like the 1024-bit license files for kerio, let me check... 2948 characters (well the keygen one is, not got the current one on this PC)
Changing the PC clock back would work, yes (It's only a license file that resides on the PC). I can probably keep getting the updated licenses though. Would be good if the source to the original keygen was released.
Found a keygen for Pro DG. Haven't tested, but it's by Zenith and is supposed to be fixed. http://www.gcisozone.com/downloads/183/SN-Systems-ProDG-for-Gamecube.html Also offers the entire PRODG suite. (I <3 Google.) EDIT: SUCCESS! Just tried, it's fully workable (aside from the god damn fact that I have no hardware to target.) Oh well, it -is- functional though, even with an existing install. Just throw it in the BIN directory in your install location and go to work. (Thank you, Google, you have brought much joy. Now if only I could get the DDH and the DDK... *poofs to the marketplace*)
That's a VERY outdated version of ProDG and doesn't work at all with newer versions, though as I've said I can provide out of date licenses to crackers if they'd like to reverse engineer them for the newest version
I've read elsewhere that TDEVs require a renewal of their licenses every few months or they become non-functional, is this still true, or was a way found to run them without this? And is it possible to swap the NR Reader drive inside for a standard Gamecube one to run software from regular DVDs?
Sorry for the necro bump, but does anybody still have the BBA config disk that was uploaded here? If you do, would you mind to re-upload it? That would be greatly appreciated.
