    Those TDEV units on EBay are an absolute bargain! Useless but still a bargain.

    Expect to pay more for a boxed unit with SN interface & boot disc.

    Depends on if you want a game cube with double the ram or not. A mod that allows retail booting would probably be required for most people to do anything with it. Of course if you can add more ram to a gamecube it might be easier to just do that.

    I am talking about the unit as a whole not just the functionalities. Until the units on EBay became available when was the last time you saw one for sale?

    Also, adding more RAM to a retail console doesn't make it a TDEV...

    Is there even any record of one of those being sold, with a TDEV or individually? I hadn't even seen any pictures of one until one was posted in another thread here of a unit without the casing.
