You need to sort your shit out privately and not on the Interweb where every one can read it, ridicule it and take the utter crap out of you. Have a bit of respect for yourself and keep some inner thoughts and personal doubts / ideas private! Not everyone wants to know!

Decide what your sexuality is and whether you have maybe 'spooked' a mate off by being overtly gay towards him whether intentionally or not. Cease your hostility towards his mother, because she gets his love when you secretly seem to desire it and also determine whether you are really into this 'girlfriend' or not, because women are a fecking hassle your whole damned life, it just depends whether it's the hassle you get off on or not!
