Yeah, but I assume you can (mostly) do that with titanium too.

My brother has metal plates put in his arm after a bad break and still had physio, even though the plate was never to get moved during the exercises.

It wasn't saying you were wrong, more as to why does have a titanium plate/what ever stop you from having physio to assembler.

Just to chime in and clarify, Bad_Ad84 agrees with you mairsil. He's just stating it in a (british style?) second-degree kind of way.

I can somewhat relate. My back isn't what it used to be and I've been going to a chiropractor for a little while. The outlook isn't that great as it'll just get worse over time, surgery being a real possibility in the future. I'm not exactly sure what I'll be doing down the line as soon I'll have to stop taking treatments as I won't be able to afford them and I refuse to take any pain medication.

I'd be scared of that, anything to do with the back really.

Soooo damn worried if I'd come out of the operation still being able to walk. Then again, anything medical freaks me out.

There is kratom (leaf from a south Asian tree). If you live in the United States that wont be a legal option for much longer the DEA is intending to schedule 1 it by September 30th. There is still time to try it, then order some in bulk before then. Many people have had amazing results with it. Natural relatively nonaddictive effective for pain. Reddit has quite a bit of information on it.

I'm the last one to have a formed opinion on drugs, but it doesn't seem like it'd be helping Kevin much suggesting all of these things that would just form an addiction. Especially drugs about to be banned. Then develop an addiction and try obtaining more and getting into legal trouble.

In any case, hope you get better, man. Goes without saying we're all rooting for you.

Sorry to hear you are still having troubles Kev, hope you find some relief. When the doctor was getting me off the drink, they were pumping some really aggressive shit into my system, all sorts of opiates to control this, anti-siezure stuff for that, then I had to go on progressive medications to control the dependence on the previous medications with more stuff to control the depression and sleeping tablets on top. If you shook me I would rattle from all the pills they were dishing out to me. I applaud your decision, even though you are suffering not to just blindly swallow whatever they are dishing out because "doctors know best"

Sorry to the struggle my friend, many wishes to the pain leaving.
Yoga is a great route, not an answer but a direction for sure.

I was horribly addicted to ketamine for a number of years, after health complications i had to cold turkey as my stomach/general health were getting worse month by month.

    Much love man.

Heavy amounts of hash oil/rick simpson oil is great for pain.
Also topical thc/cbd creams/gels help too.
