Was the dramatic drop in forum members a result from the upgrade?

Did the whole forum font (?) (what it looks like I mean) suddenly change? I'm reading a thread with one look, type a reply and get a new look back at me. Spooky. Cool.

I've had to deal with template issues due to allthe hacked bits. I put a new theme in just now.

I'm going to try a fresh install in another folder with a new database later, and try to import it to that. Hopefully all the problems will go away with a fresh install. Just as long as it takes the backup.

The blue layout right now, is it good?

I was concerned it was hard to use...

It's just me or the smiles are not working? When you click on them, the code don't show up on the message.

EDITED: Working for me now

The portal you were using was designed for vBulletin version 3.0.x. You'll need a new one for vBulletin version 3.5.x. Might explain the previous style bugs after upgrade; was designed for vBulletin 3.0.x.

Site is looking good- the forum status icons need work though. At a quick glance it was hard to tell which forums had new posts and which ones didn't. With the old style, there was a sharp distinction between the two.

Other than that, keep up the good work.

In your userCP theres an option to change the skin. I have mine on Hazy Lazy Blue or whatever. Its the closest to the previous skin before the changes, and its very easy to tell when a forum isnt read.

I prefer the older look, but maybe the current look will grow on me...
