Who honestly didn't expect Sonic to appear in a Smash Bros. game sooner or later? Nintendo have probably been negotiating secretly for years to secure this one, though I doubt they'd consider Master Chief in the same light...
I`m ashamed to say i`ve never played SSB ever, Barcode don`t hit me right but I couldnt get past the cutesy graphics on the N64 and then was as uninterested when the GC version came out. Then again I think if it was Wonderboy, Shinobi, Alex Kidd, Sonic etc I might`ve been playing :icon_bigg You can see where my allegiance lies. I`m getting tired of Sega whoring out Sonic though, even if it for a just cause (kicking the absolute shit out of Mario)
wow! nice video! no sonic game in history had THIS amount of detailed animation (Facial and general) on Sonic. Bravo indeed. Very nicely implemented. Also, notice that some of Sonic's actions are a homage to 16-bit sonic "style" and movement =D HE TURNS INTO SUPER SONIC FOR HIS FINAL SMASH!!! It'll be awesome if he makes the jumping sound from the oldies. I might love this game. I liked the others, but it annoys me now because there is a group of people at my college that playt hat game 24/7 for the last 2 years. But each to his own, I guess.
I've played it, but never tought it was "teh sh1t!!one" as most people do... Dunno, maybe cuz I suck at making combos in fighting games, or that none of my gamer friends were interested in the game either, so even if I did like the game nobody would want to play it with me, and that kinda takes most of the fun away:-( Whatever, back to playing CSS and Flashpoint then:nod:
I`m ashamed I havent played it as it`s such a big game to a lot of ppl. But If it was my cup of Tea I would have. I don`t want to see Pikachu fighting Wario or whatever the characters are. I want women with big bouncing tits to be fighting crazy fucking guys with knives or ....you get the picture. I must say it does look pretty damn fast, So i`ll probably give this one a whirl. I think this game falls under the "People around me have hyped this game up to much" category.
