I like the nintendo stuff in the first picture and the Box Sets you own especialy the Biohazard ones beautiful! At last i gotta point out the Zelda collectors edition very very nice piece to have!

now that you mention the zelda limited editions...they are no longer "naked" anymore.
I received a few custom made box protectors a while ago for some of my limited editions including the zelda sets.

here we have 3 of them:
0,5 mm PET sleeves for Zelda Oracle of Ages/Season,Zelda Minish Cap VIP limited edition Adventure set and for the snes Maximum Carnage limited edition box set

 

Resident Evil 4 is not my favorite RE game but the original Gamecube pal box cover artwork is a true master piece imo and one of my personal favorite videogame artworks of all time.
and this is the reason why the following poster is my favorite RE poster ever!!
