Probably some timings issues which appear with some carts. Must be easy to fix, but i should find cart which can reproduce this problem. Will check all my carts tomorrow
I see, okay. I appreciate you checking all your carts to narrow down this issue. Please keep us updated. Spasibo
That's great news! Unfortunately, my Everdrive64 is probably somewhere over the ocean right now. Will you still be able to check it when it gets to you, just in case? Thanks!
Can confirm OS v28 fixes the sram bug some users where experiencing such as myself. Zelda now saves correctly and maintains the save after "reset" and "reloading" the game. Also, the save file you uploaded Krikzz, slot 1 has a file name "Bob". Resident Evil 2 now saves correctly and no longer displays a blank space when the using the ink ribbon a second time. It also, maintains the save after "reset" and "reloading". Many thanks Krikzz for the quick fix and release of the OS v28:tears_of_joy: Enjoy your ED64 Sleepinglion when you receive back and enjoy some retro gaming
That's great news! If only I hadn't sent my cart out so quickly, but I'm very glad to hear the save issue is fixed. Awesome job!
Thanks :smile-new: When someone sends you a package from the US, how long does it normally take to reach you? I ask because the US Postal Service would not give me a tracking number, only a customs declaration number, so once the parcel left America last week I could no longer follow it online. Thanks!
That's great news! Thank you so much KRIKzz! I will add the updated OS when it returns. I really appreciate your help!
Enter your tracking number here if you have one from Krikzz http://www.ukrposhta.com/www/upost_en.nsf/search_post?openpage
Thank you for the link, but I'm afraid I do not have a tracking number. I had one for the package from the US to the Ukraine, but have no info for the return trip.
It just arrived today :congratulatory: Thank you so much, KRIKzz! I won't be able to test it for a week or so. My N64 is out for modding. Can't wait to give it a go! Again, thank you.
Okay, so maybe it was more like 3 to 4 weeks, but my N64 just came back today with a beautiful custom paint job and I was able to try out the updated Everdrive64! Works like a charm! Ocarina of Time was able to save and I am thrilled to have everything working so smoothly! Great job all around. I really appreciate it!
I just tried Resident Evil 2 and couldnt get it to work, does the rom file have to be patched at all?
