You have until February 28th to grab stuff off of it. For me, that meant getting all the videos for my site redownloaded, and now I have to upload them again. Wonderful. HD video for the lose lol.
Thanks for the heads up, such a shame too. The quality far supasses youtube or Google video, plus I like how you can occasionally get whole movies from it.
I did a whole senior marketing paper on Divx and their stage 6 site. They'd still be going if they had it.
Ah bummer! it was the best source for decent quality video in the net. I hate youtube, with its crap-o-vision def you cant tell a face from a butt... I wonder what happened, maybe they ran out of funding? Servers are expensive when you need so much bandwidth.
