Well I was one of the people who saw the one on ebay too. He said it was definitely made by a friend for him. That means a friend made it for him not that he friend's with SNES designers I think :smt043 rayer:

You know there must have been a version of star fox 2 that is on cart and in english, as ive seen pages online that have screen shots from magazines that show english text.
there's actually some demos of starfox 2 that are real. i remember that toys ''r'' us had somes demo stand of this game. never played it though... :smt022

All the recent PAL SNES homemade carts (I've also seen Chrono Trigger, FFIII, Seiken Dentetsu 3 and possibly a couple of others) have almost certainly been made by (or using the instructions written by) a German guy called 'd4s' or 'dforce'. More info here: http://snesdev.romhack.de/
