I think so, most (if not all) of the games are just US versions without translation or anything - Riven being the exception. And on Saturn, video output is selected in the system not by the game - so there's no PAL-M issues either
i just played the pc version of sf2 and it was tidious like the amiga version (by the way i love the Amiga) and the only cool things about the pc version was the graphics "almost arcade graphics" but seriously if you shall get a good version od sf2 then buy a snes plus sf2 (or hack the sf2 arcade cabinet or get a supergun) because the pc version and the amiga version of sf2 is painfull to play with only two buttons to press (a punch and a kick)
or get the PSX version of sf2 collection seriously just try to find that snes to SS/PSX adaptor and play it either on SS or PSX (teah i know i am blablablaing)
