I put a psp into the tank of my car every month.

Runs off a standard PS2 system (well a few of them) linked by firewire. Game build should be one of the car specific GT3 demos. The retail version of GT3 can be configured in this manner quite easily and it's nicely impressive when seen in action. The wheel is just a standard GT3 wheel for the PS2.

    Enjoy.

Holy Hell you're right!! That works out to about $14,500.
That wouldn't even get you the shitty base line model with tin foil hub caps over here.

Base price is over 18k and with all of the options you're looking at about $22,000(with a manual transmission +$800 for auto *blech*)

Heh, how much would it cost to ship a car from Japan...

Really? Wow, looks like I'm finally going to get a car I can "show off" with to my mates in the UK  As for shipping a car from Japan I'd say it wouldn't be too much but what will kill you would be the import tax ! You couldn't just buy a car in Japan then drive it on to a ferry then drive back off again once you reached the destination. Or at least I wouldn't have thought you could.

My Bro is quite senior at a Subaru dealers in the UK

He has a brand new Scooby Impreza as in weeks the new 2.5 litre special edition all singing all dancing £40k`s worth

Goes like stink, but he hates it for evey day use

Drinks petrol like it`s going out of fashion

He prefers taking his wifes car to work, but situations dictate he can`t

I have sent him this link to ask when he is getting one in his showroom :)

The red is looking more and more interesting but I'm not too sure if I will be able to get the gold wheels straight away, you know with the missus and all that. "Why do you need Gold wheels?" and so on. I put my foot down when it came to the full option package though  Just a shame that the navi and gold wheels aren't included. I did a bit of research on how much petrol it uses and came up with 16 km per litre. No idea how many miles to the gallon that is but it doesn't sound too bad.

Yeah, they have alsorts of model types. WRX models can be seen everywhere these days. Best to check out the official homepage to see what they have. http://www.subaru.co.jp/index.html On there you can see all the types of cars they sell plus all the different versions of them. The page is quite heavy though so you'll need a fast connection. This is the html version of the WRX page - http://www.subaru.co.jp/impreza/wrx/

Importing cars from japan is a pain, my brother has friends who have imported skylines and its not easy feat, mostly due to the fact that cars from japan or any country have to pass various safety laws,

japanese cars often dont pass these based on some minor little part in the car or the headlights not being colored a certain way, of course theres also the import tax, im not sure how the rules are in

europe.Plus regulation have to approve the car for driving in the us. Also these standards are judged by the state you live in as well i belive. This is why the lancer evo we got was slightly stripped down for the U.S.

But yakumo how come you didn't get a regular suburu impreza wrx instead of the wagon?

I like to travel places or go skiing plus I some times have a lot of "gear" that needs to move from one place to another. So the wagon or estate type was far more practical. It has the power and style (from the front) as the standard model plus extra room.
