yeah so i removed my big collection pics, but i just finished my assault suits collection so i felt like showing it off.. afaik im only missing the assault suits valken 2 diecast models and im not sure i even want those, no way in hell am i gonna paint and assemble them.. anyways :



anyone know of anything assaut suits related i dont have yet are welcome to tip me off :nod:

no pc-engine im afraid, ive put most of my effort into my PSX and especially my arcade collection.. :nod: besides a friend of mine has a rather extensive PCengine collection so i play all the great stuff over at his house.. were both shmup-nuts too

mm yeah actually all my games are complete with manuals and little extras that came with some games..
i dont mind if a gamebox shows some signs of wear tho, i think its charming to see the stuff is being used.

and I like this figure thats standing behind Summer Carnival '92 on the second pic. Looks a lot like one I have (from the style). Is this made by toranoana/shimada fumikane? Would be cool to hear there are more of them, maybe I should search a bit...

 

yeah its a kickass konami figure i bought in japan, there are 3 in total and they were just released this december, all based around semi-naked chicks dressed as old ww2 fighterplanes, im a total raizing nut and these look very "Garegga" like so i had to buy one

well.. why would you? i think this is the first time i properly photographed my collection and im new to this site

altho when i was at my peak of my arcade-craze i think i had over 1000 PCBs :033: THAT was crazy, at the time i lived with a videogame collector friend of mine (famous as MXS if anyone knows of him, he has a pretty sizeable collection aswell) and there were games (for all concieveable formats) everywhere, i had boxes to the ceiling in my room and there was maybe 2square meters of effective manouvering space in the whole room ... nowdays all the PCBs arent in my collection, i havent even played half of em but i use the ones in storeage for trading, you have to set somekind of limit, what i concider my personal collection concists of maybe 50 PCBs.

altho fond memories, our apartment with both our collections at its best dwarfed even super potato

 

I saw some pictures of your collection on shmups.com earlier. It's my favourite genre as well, nothings beat scrolling 2D with bullets to dodge :love2:

ps: Do you have a favourite shooter or at least one you remember playing most?
