Switchless Dual Overclock help on Genesis 2

Hi guys I'm trying to make an addition to a mod I started for the Genesis 2 that is basically a Dual Overclock with stock clock and 10mhz and 12mhz, now the way everyone has been doing these mods is with slide switches and I would like to go a different route. I would like some help in what chips (74HC74?) to use and how to go about wiring them, I want to have a push button to switch between the 3 clocks and I also have an RGB LED that I would like to use to associate the clock with a color and possibly remember the setting on power down.

Here is the image of the board and what it looks like along with a mockup of how this mod is done with switches, I do plan to have a second push button that will halt the CPU to be able to switch on the fly.
