Taiwan doesn't use RGB. If you find an imported TV, it would be from Japan and I doubt that you'll find one anywhere in Taipei.

@Yakumo It looks like mmmonkey is no longer making such cables. I sent him an email and he replied just a few hours later, that he is not making these things anymore. Do you know someone else?

@Shou I might found one shop already. He can get me a nice Sony Trinitron from Japan. He has one in his shop but it is his own. It has this strang "Sony-RGB" that Yakumo mentioned in his post (#11). He said he can get me one from Japan. Having one I just need to get an adapter cable for this strange sony connection (does someone know the name?) to Japanese-21-pin RGB. And of course a connector cable Japanese-21-pin to Euro-Scart. It is has only 20" (50cm) screen, but he said anything bigger raises the shipping costs up to the roof.

Hmm, mmmonkey should still be making the cables. I guess he's busy at the moment. Maybe I could ask him for you? What is it you want? Japanese standard 21pin RGB cables for what systems?

I need a scart-extension-cable where i can plug in my European RGB-Scart-cables on the one end and the other end should be changed to Japanese 21-pin so that I am able to plug that one into the Japanese TV. Do you know what I mean?

Ah, ok. I know what you mean. I'll send him a PM over on a different forum which he uses.

Many thanks in advance. Would be great if you could convince him in making such an extension cable. I hope it would not be too pricy though. (^_^)

Oh and could you please tell me the name of the Japanese RGB-connection that you mentioned before? The Japanese name is fine as well.
