    what you need:
-eggs (8 pcs. for two persons)
    -slices of bacon
-sliced cheese (the one which melts good)
    -butter
    -pepper
    -salt
    -paprika
    -dill (anethum graveolens)

then you proceed as shown on the pictures below, and keep the flame always quite on a minimum (1~2):

Looks good - and lethal! How much fat is in that? lol. And 4 eggs each? Damn that's some cholestorol!

Might have to give it a go sometime - I need the rest of the week clear though, just in case ;-)

Oh sweet jesus, im sooo going to try that it looks lovely. Curse you Tatsujin as just seeing that has made me very hungry :)

As for the cheese, is it stuff like kraft cheese slices that you can use as over here in the uk we mainly have real cheese not that fake plastic american stuff. Just wondering if i can use cheddar or red leciester instead?

Hehe i do like all the pictures, something fun about seeing japanese cooking stuff, do you have more cool recipes like this?

Cheddar melts. That looks a lot like cheddar, and nothing like that crappy processed cheese (which you can get here, but yuck!).

However, it clearly says Camembert on the packet ;-) Of course, that looks nothing like Camembert, but still....

This is what Camembert usually looks like - and it comes with the rind:

    many thanx guys

@retro: yes, my cheese wasn't the best example to use, but it melts good and the aftertaste when everything is cooked up, isn't that awful anymore.

the cheese i used only have some camembert flavor inside, but it isn't actually. cheedar would do it just fine, i think.

next time i will try it myself with some good ol' swiss cheese like a gruyere or original raclette cheese.

If I survive the massive heart attack I had just viewing the pictures then I will definitely do this at home myself.

Why would you show this on a forum where American users can access this information? We are fat enough over here. :110:

I'd make that if my kitchen wasn't just a small burner...but I may make one for a single. Only thing is I have yet to find cheese in the supermarkets in Japan...seriously..NO CHEESE?

    Cream cheese doesn't count.

I think cheddar or even swiss cheese would go very well. You'd get quite a different taste with each.

yeah, for the ingredients beside the eggs, there is almost no limit set :)

use high grade cheese and bacon and you will get a quite improved taste for sure.

Nothing wrong with seafood on pizza, and I have to confess to eating mayonnaise with all kinds of pizza as well. Try it before you knock it!
