I've always wondered how hard it would be to make a real life DragonBall Z movie. Some disadvantages I've thought of was designing the hair, etc.

Yeah, it must have been over a year ago when they said this movie was coming out...IIRC, they had something about Andre the Giant playing Napa, though that might have just been "who would fit the role best" or something.
VERY boring, and very eeky, you could easily just colour your hair (as a man , and you have very long hair), that colour, or something like that. That picture, is just Z movie like (B movies are better than that).
Andre the Giant has been dead for years XD So yea, id go with the whole "Who would fit the role best" thing for sure lol.
