Test kit offline profile problem

Okay, I'm on 21256.12 for compatibility issues but i can upgrade for the profile and downgrade back later. I'm at work but I can do it in a matter of hours.

 

Sounds like a bad kv. Just replace it with literally any other kv from a devkit. I've used a slim kv on a zephyr before.

np, and many thanks, the profiles work for me. perfect!!!!
But after a cold reboot the profile is gone.

 

Of course, anytime.

 

Now the next problem is that on any cold reboot the profile is destroyed . I put the profile on the retail/content/ partition , i also try a usb stick formated on retail dash. Than i load the profile with Horizon, looks ok but after resave also corrupt profile.
Profile killer kit ...
When the profile is load on first start, i can save, load and edit anything.. but the reboot kills it. wtf?

 

I start creating a profile with Watson.

Put out this:

WRN[XAM]: Couldn't verify signature for package (err = 0x80070570)!
WRN[XAM]: Couldn't create/open profile 0xe000bff7ae2254fc (err = 0x80070570)!

First searching shows up that is a problem with the HDD, checksum error, something like this.

can be a KV issue.

 

If this is a KV issue, can i fix this without a new kv? Like a reset. Because i dont need a live account only offline..

 

i had some xex that made my kv sign stuff when it was not usable, can't find the files tho.

 

I recovered to 20500, and dumped anything with Hvxdump1.3 and flash3601.0 .
Checked the fuse txt, values ok. Than i open up the nand dump with 360 flash tool. I got on KV part on any section "BadKV".
Ok, so i checked the console id with the 360 flash tool. It tells me another id as i can see on the retail dash systeminfo screen.
Now i get lost ^^ No idea what i can to next.

 

Is it possible the nand isn't original on the kit? Is this a prototype slim kit?

I ask because I had multiple issues with bad nands, bad KV's all that simply from a recovery failing for no reason mid recovery with one of my slim protoptyes. Took me a Nand-X and about a year of trial and error to get it back to functioning. Perhaps a donar nand would help with a nand flashing app? I dunno, just spit ballin' here....

 

I have the same issue with my zephyr stress kit. I tired everything. So I came to the conclusion that it is a KV issue.

He ended up trading/selling the kit off after he tried flashing the original nand to the kit. Rdod on him.

 

Yes i give it up because im not so deep on flahing x360.. After i got the original nand i try to reflash the kit and got a rdod..
Maybe the new owner get it back to work and post an solution here.
