Cheap wine I can handle. The only guaranteed deathly-hangover I know is white cider. Last time I drank any it was forced on me by a drunk and lairy Irishman. One glass of it and the next day was spent under the covers.
This is true, white cider is the only drink I've ever had that has given me a proper headaches. 3 litres and then going to work at half 7 leaves you with a banging headache until about 10! Its ok if I sleep through it in the morning though.
