Post here anything at all you are looking for, however please consider the following info:
    • Second hand goods here are virtually non existent unless you are looking for GBA, DS or PS2.
    • Most Consoles are unboxed untested and priced very highly, also they are very difficult for a foreigner to buy and I don't have many korean friends who would be willing to accompany me to buy them. The only exceptions are current gen which are virtually identical to their western and japanese counterparts. However I will try to get what you want but only if you are 100% certain you want the item.
    • Shipping rates are pretty high, a game will cost $15-40 to post, very well you can look up EMS and fedex prices online but without any knowledge of korean it's near impossible to arrange delivery using these services without travelling for 2 hours into the city.
    • I can only accept payment via transfer to my UK bank account.
    • I can't accept a trade unless it's something exceptional.
These points in mind I have no problem finding something you want and I wouldn't charge anything extra to make profit only extra to cover my time and expenses.

If I see many requests I will make a post to tell you when I am going to look for the items as I'd rather go to Yongsan and Seoul with a list of many titles rather than just one.

It would be awesome if this thread could be stickied....I hope i'm not breaking any rules.

Photos of items will be shown before shipped.

Ok, here's a list of somethings I've found which might interest some of you.

    NES Comboy, unboxed but tested.
N64 Comboy (very cool) unboxed but tested.
White Sega Saturn with Samsung 3D controller.
    Sega Megadrive 1 & 2 unboxed.
    Gameboy Comboy.
10-20 Sealed SNES games all Korean.
100's of Sega Saturn games sealed with spine cards however they appear to be japanese.
Korean Gamecube games including Wind waker and Mario Sunshine, varying condition.
Hundreds of PS2 games, GBA games (including a nice korean Mother 1+2 boxset.)

Ok well next weekend I'm going on a mission to try and secure a few consoles using my girlfriend as bait because the NES and N64 owner will not sell them to me. We think white girl charm might make him let them go if she plays ignorant and pretends they're a birthday gift. It may all seem a little racist and strange but as discussed before, the Koreans hate selling to westerners because they know we can make money on export.

One store guy I went to was more than happy to sell me his megadrives, saturn and Snes but I just didn't have the money to fund it all. Eventually I will pick up everything they have, even if I don't manage to sell it on it will make an awesome collection. I'm currently doing research on other areas which might sell games too, I find it hard to believe that Seoul only has one videogame plaza.

I also came across some Sega Saturn and Dreamcast games but couldn't stick around to check them all out. I'm convinced I'll find a copy of Radiant Silvergun somewhere.

It'd be much appreciated if you found a Vistar 16 console, in any condition. Any Korean PCE/TG16/Vistar games you find I'd buy too.

Also the Daewoo PC Engine if you manage to find one. Wouldn't mind a Turbo Zemmix too....

 nice one. Have you seen any Vistar stuff since you've been over there? From what I understand it will probably be quite rare.

from all my visit to Seoul - yes I go there every year - I've never seen Vistar stuff.
    Checking here though I only found two sales with PC Engine sets - one PC Engine Duo and the other PC Engine GT. No they are in Korean and would be a challenge to buy from there~ -__-;

Of course. I don't mind people asking me for stuff, it gives me something to do at the weekends other than drinking. I just hope people don't get dissapointed when I hand them bad news now and again.
