I was going over some misc discs and found a bunch of images on this press disc. Some I could transfer to photobucket others I could view but could not transfer to photobucket.
Nice! Of course, this was going to be a stand-alone GC/GBA link up game, but eventually became part of Four Swords. Thanks for sharing!
Sadly the ones I have are all watermarked from the one gaming press site. Could pay to get clean images, but bleh
Not everyone puts watermarks on things. I think reports on old events like E3 are really good for old screenshots and stuff. http://archive.gamespy.com/e32003/gallery/gcn/1001908/
I was surprised when I first saw this. I actually have been playing this SFC game called Marvelous Mou Hitotsu No Takarajima, and after just recently passing it have been trying out some BS-X roms that were released before the games release on the BS-X service. It's pretty clear after playing these that this Zelda game was based off the same thing. The graphics are pretty similar(or a straight rip from my point of view), and the goal of each appears to be exactly the same, to collect stamps. Here's some screenshots to prove the point. http://img78.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dgemucombsmarvelouscampdz1.png http://img78.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dgemucombsmarvelouscampyq8.png http://img78.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dgemucombsmarvelouscampuz9.png http://img78.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dgemucombsmarveloustimegt8.png If you look on the IGN site that was linked above and notice the shot with the pipe in the wall, you'll see it's the exact same design from this game too. I went through all the roms available and can't find one that has the exact same map layout as shown in the map screen above, but it's still obvious what it's based on. I don't know if anyone would have noticed this since I don't know this games popularity. On Nico Nico Douga(that japanese youtube site), someone taped every week of each course, so you can actually get to view what this game was like, just like all the Zelda videos that I'm sure everyones seen by now. Not that it matters much but I don't see how I just post the pictures here. Everything just comes out as a simple link when I post it. I guess it doesn't matter..
Here you go. You need to put <OPEN BRACKET> IMG <CLOSE BRACKET> then the link followed by <OPEN BRACKET> /IMG <CLOSE BRACKET>
As far as I can tell just pictures. Some other unreleased titles on here but I think they all released in Japan except this one.
Navi trackers is rather a good game & a travesty that they didn't release it outside of japan, their lameass excuse was they wouldnt be able to get tetra to call out the players names like she does in the japanese version. It's a blast when you get several people playing & it hits bingo bonus round & you all stop to play bingo in the faint hope your gonna get a bonus star to snag a huge amount of medals.
A lot of people imported the 4 Swords collection to get Tetra's Trackers back in the day. One of my friends had it, and we played it a few times. Pretty awesome game, and really rounded out the 4-Swords experience.
