http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2009...tinted-xbox-360-for-developers-only-gdc-2009/ That looks probably like the sickest console ever, and that faceplate will be so rare and hard to find. Hawk
there is XNA on the faceplate, and the sides have white lines on both sides, plus the sidecar is blue and has the XNA logos on it. Hawk

Very cool. In fact, it looks better than any of the limited edition machines you could buy at retail or win.
I don't get it....it's basically an Elite with some highlights...it's cool but it's not amazing or anything. I think the red one is pretty cool.
I'm curious why this thing has the XNA logo plastered all over it... none of the other dev/test kits have that... maybe its going to be a retail dev kit ala Net Yaroze. Possibly tuned to only run XNA code or (IMHO more likely with the extra ram) the OS has been generalized so that you can code XNA on the xbox 360 kit itself and skip the standard XDK stuff (partnernet, neighborhood, etc). in anycase: WANT!!!!1111 if this ends up anywhere where I can get my hands on it, I'm going to get it, even if it costs me my left nut, my cat, and my nonexistent girl.
From what I have read XNA is Microsofts game stuff that has to do with all the development of games, correct? Hawk
there is a wang measurement joke around here somewhere... Yes it is, you can read more about it here: http://creators.xna.com
I know XNA Creators Club premium is something like $99 a year, or $49 for 4 months. Without the premium membership you can't test XNA Framework projects on a retail 360. I also think Microsoft is using XNA for more than just their .NET gaming framework, I think they are using it for all of their gamedev tools right now. It would be nice to be able to get a nicer debug unit for XNA Framework stuff though.
