Thats right, when you become 1 year older then this is the place to post.

Today I turned 29 and to be honest it doesn't seem that long ago when I first really started getting in to games with my Master System back in 1986 (I think). I do feel a little odd going to arcades now. Not because I look the oldest but because I am actually old to be playing games in the eyes of many westerners. But you know what? I don't give a shit :-D Keep those games goming until I'm 6ft under I say :smt023

Well, I guess I shouldn't be bitching that much... I turned 21 two days ago, the 19th, but I still feel rather old - plus there's the whole, "I've been around over two damn decades and have shit to show for it!" thing as well..

It may sound stupid, but sometimes i feel old myself too (and i'm only 23). Here in Brazil most people think i'm too old for playing games, but most of my friends don't think there's a problem with that.

Even my girlfriend like games, so that's ok.

 

This "too old for games" thing is a concept that I believe is quickly dying. What are you supposed to do, sit there and watch vapid sitcoms and "reality" TV? I'd think a good number of the people who'd say those sorts of things do just that. So fuck 'em. :smt045
