The official Revo Attachements Mockups thread

Saw a good one? post it!

 

I wouldnt mind having a revo so much if I could put different attachments to make it more of a "classic" controller.

The handgun and shotgun ideas would be awesome for FPSs, though!

That would be great for a Resident Evil game.

I've been working on one, its a controller that just lays out the good ol' Contra 99lives cheat code .

 

Nice, I like that shotgun mockup, but you know nintendo would color it bright orange so people wouldn't mistake it for a real gun. lol

 

I kind of like the revolution, you can use the gc controllers, its cheaper than the 360 and ps3 and you can play all your old games. I'll probably get it first cause its affordable. The shotgun controller is pretty cool if nintendo had gta it would be cooler.

see...they should have mentioned these from the get go. These sound cool, but my only worry is how much these will cost and how many we will have to buy for whatever specific game. Itr would get annoying if we had to by a dozen of these addons for like $40 each...

 

imagine a deathmatch on a FPS together with 3 friends and all are aiming at the tv with a shotgun xD

They did have a GTA title on the GBA (or GBC?), but I doubt you'll see that on the Revolution.

Yeah, I saw these about a week ago, I'm pretty sure they're IGN mock-ups, not Nintendo ones.

 

they had gta1 and gta2 on the gbc, and gta on the gba, though i seen in an old release chart that GTA64 was scheduled for release.......though i dont think it came out?, can anyone confirm that?

imagine a harry potter game, a wand add on, okay nvm, dont imagine that, or better yet, a swrod add on ofr zelda.....

 

That wouldn´t be fun I hate splitscreen action (yeah sorry) But that kind of multiplayer is to me a big turnoff, give me a revolution lan multiplayer , then I am into it.

Just like the PSX link cable is cool to me

 

Those are mock-ups made by mr. no one, or ign. I just posted them because i think some of them are really cool ideas.

Apart of the ''nunchaku'' and ''Classic controller'' Shell, Nintendo didn't talk about what the add-ons could look like so far.

the only problem i see with the Shot gun + Joystick Attachement is that if you want to control the joystick with your left thumb, you'll also have to aim with the left arm, and vice versa.

 

the only problem might be your not left handed.

 

I wonder who's the moderator that was offended by the ''Official'' word in the topic, to the point he edited it and Marked ''(NOT)'' before it. Totally useless.

Edit: Ahhh... Now i understand, i forgot the word ''thread'' at the end of the line....

It was probably ASSEMbler himself, seeing as he commented on the "useless" reason for sticking "official" in a thread that is clearly not "official"

 

I said nevermind: i tought that i wrote ''The official Revolution attachement mockups thread'', but i forgot the ''thread''... It sounded like if it was official attachements without it (and without the ''NOT'')


As for the other reason, i would find that stupid.
Would a mod they start another thread for the same thing with the official label just because he had the permission or the power to do so? Two threads talking about thre same thing? Useless. So if there's only one, you can call it official, or whatever....

I still think that it is useless. But that's not like it could change my life anyway.
