I hope the soSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMts in Denmark are different from ours, with an obese leader who's main political goal is to spread propaganda about himself. Now that, due to a right wing government has replaced the old one, he's still at it, writing his memoirs full of exaggerations that noone wants to back up. He recently said that, and this is typical of him, that -- "I like to call myself lazy, but the truth is very few has worked as hard as I have" -- that coming from a man who has never lifted anything heavier than a pen. Oh well, rant finished.

 

Like I said, blue-states have shitheads, too.

 

Helle Thorning Smith is not an old fat obese man, she is a woman. But we have had our share of weird social democrat leaders too around here. But Anker Jørgensen was an A OK man, and in my mind he still is. Heck he got down to Sadamnaram in Iraq when he had taken hostages. And he got the Danish hostages home. So I salute him.

 

That's pretty impressive. Göran Persson would never, ever have done that. During the Tsunami crisis, the Persson regime took up to a week to react, and the foreign minister refused to leave the opera when she heard of it. They handled that very poorly.

 

Well, the tzunami crisis.... there I take the hat off to the Norwegian and Swedish royal family. Compared to the Danish cold bitch of a queen who jumped easy and elephant (a word play on elegant with the meaning it was not so elegant) over the tzunami crisis(in her new years speech), and ever since then. There I have not been the biggest supporter of the Danish royal family. And I really loath all that royal family arse kissing. But compared to having a president. Then I am quite happy having the royal family as a cake topping. And no I am not fond of that family. But I would defend them, if they were threatened, if I was their bodyguard. Since just because I don´t like the queen and the poodle she has as a husband. Then it doesn´t mean I would be crazy and hurt them.

But Anker Jørgensen haven´t been in politics since the 80´s. But still he is an A OK man, whom I respect.

Christer-swe: as a Dane, you can´t say that Prince Henrik is gay, but I can say he is a poodle, and that I will call him. But you as a Swede can call Henrik a faggot or gay or anything you want. But I can´t, so to me he is a poodle, and people if you think Christer and I are talking too much Scandinavian history and politics, then don´t worry. It is after all the off topic forum. And we aren´t flaming eachother . We are just having a great chat about being a Scandinavian, and if the moderators don´t like the chat. Then they can always put the posts him and I have made into the political unmoderated thread.
