isnt it a bit valuable to be a door stopper?

SUPER Marathon. You'll pay out the nose.

They also made a halo precursor demo on pippin.
I forget what it used to be called, then it was for mac
and pc, then MS bought em up.

Ah I see well owning marathon on pippin isn't so much about fun ,
it was a horrible system to start, and I had one early.

Well basically I just want the system to add to my collection and I want to burn a copy of Marathon just so I have something to use it for other than a doorstop. plus, that position has already been filled by my M2 lol

I tried google first but found nothing, is there no such thing as a Pippin emulator? Even for older component-compatible macs??

sorry for sounding like a dick, but overconfidence is not a key component in making emulators  If you really wanted to start work on such an emulator you'd have to start by component documentation, a good deal of which should be public considering how mac parts were used, and breaking down pippin software with the use of a PC/mac-side decompiler. You don't need a pippin to make an emulator, not for the most part at least.

The Pippin is very hard to collect for. You can collect for years and never see a single game for it.

Some games can be played on an older Macintosh. That was one of the selling features of some software. There ARE many good games for it and it's hardly a paper weight.

I have ISO images for almost every game stateside and japan, as well as two Japanese retail games.

    Btw, PM sent bud.

Say what you will about the game library for the Pippin, but I think it's got a great design from a console appearance standpoint. There's really nothing else out there like it visually.
