Never heard of these guys before, after watching these 2 videos im looking forward to seeing more of their stuff, thanks johnny, i always enjoy a good laugh.
Can't watch the first one in my country but the 2nd one is great "If you type google into goole you can break the internet" Thats a a great show that i need to get on dvd. I especially like it when they go "Hello I.T. have you tried turning it off and on again"
Never seen these guys before but it's pretty funny stuff. This one is pretty good too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gt9j80Jkc_A
I ended up watching loads of clips on YouTube last night - thanks for posting it! I only watched a handful on the TV so it was good to see more.
I saw it a couple of times last year on TV and didn't find it that funny(found the humour kinda lame in fact), but for some reason I couldn't stop laughing after watching those videos. I think it was canceled here though, maybe I'll get it on DVD...
For those in the UK who can't watch that video, you should be able to get the whole episode on 4OD still. Whether it'll cost now, I don't know. The DVDs are available in the UK and US, for the first couple of series, anyway. It has been screened in the US. For those who don't know, it was written by Graham Linehan, one of the Father Ted creators. Oh, and by the way, I was there when the episode with "the Internet" was filmed, so I guess you can hear me laughing on that clip ;-) *EDIT* Here's that first link for those who couldn't see it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UUzXIvLmh0
I watched the first couple of seasons the other month, and while the first is mostly decent, the second was just crap. The writing is pretty patchy throughout, I think - it's constantly jumping between hilarious and direly unfunny.
In jumping over to YouTube, I ended up watching a couple of the 'Never mind the Buzzcocks' shows too! Never saw much of Series Two, but what I saw of Series One was excellent. Shame if it's slumped down hill.
Umm, it's over here in the UK! ;-) You should have it reasonably soon, I guess. Series 3 was very good, I thought. Oh, if you think the series is ropey, wait until the US remake comes out!
I think the US remake of IT Crowd was canned. I cant remember if I watched the 3rd series now, my brain has died lol. The US life on mars isnt as good as the UK, but its not as terrible as it was in the beginning anyway. Edit: So whens Ashes to Ashes series 2 then? I wont lie, my car purchase was inspired by that show.
And the Red Dwarf pilots, and The Office (although that's watchable, I guess), and All in the Family, and Coupling, and What a Country!, and Three's Company, and The Ropers, and Sanford and Son..... There were a few shows (Vicar of Dibley and Ab Fab come to mind) that were supposed to get the US treat but thankfully didn't.
