This is why I only ship EMS to overseas. I lost 100$ in France because a guy wanted the package sent to his summer home but it arrived when he was back in his normal home. He filed a claim and won because I couldnt provide online tracking. Even though if you called USPS and gave them the Customs slip it said delivered. Paypal wont hear it, they want online tracking only.

i can confirm that , if its not online traceable , you ( as a seller) are screwed.
