i really need to go to walt-mart then... and i remember they had loads of nes classics games for 18.99CAN 2 months ago. For those prices you can't be wrong.
I've got that game, but never got really far. Speaking of bad GBA games, DO NOT GET CIMA: THE ENEMY! The whole game is one long ass escort mission. Nuff' said.
yea the walmart near me has a clearenec section with nearly 300 games 20 dollars or less, and alot of good name games too
Mr. Casual: I'll buy Cima from you if you're up for selling it cheap. :-D Cahaz: Sword Of Mana isn't THAT bad. The problem is that its nowhere near as good as Secret Of Mana. The game itself though is pretty enjoyable, and even more so if you've never played SoM. I just spent half the game reminiscing, "Oh yeah, I remember that one part in Secret of Mana where..." and wondering why there weren't any moments like that in Sword Of Mana.
No thanks, GSL... It sucks, but Im not going to sell anymore of my collection. From here on, the collection grows without goin' down! Why? Is this game rare?
Nah, not what you'd really call rare - we sold it for $14 or so at the Gamestop where I used to work, and they had about 3 copies or so until I decided I might actually pick one up; at that point they were all gone. I've heard mixed reviews on it and wanted to give it a shot for myself - some people like the strategy-esque nature of the gameplay, others totally hated it.
Yeah, there is a fine line between both, unfortunately. I sometimes cannot bring myself to play Ring of Red, for example. Am I the only one who really, REALLY wants Xenosaga on the DS? That could change if there's no Mitsuda soundtrack on that game, but I think it looks intensely sweet. FF3 is going to rock, and so are the GBA remakes. I'm getting FF6 for sure, if it's localised. I need an excuse to replay it, anyway. What would really rock is a Front Mission title on the DS - I think that would work out with the two screens, one for the map, other for menus/battles. I hope it does come. Hell, that would work with Disgaea/Phantom Brave/La Pucelle, now that I think of it. That DS is MADE for Tactical/strategy gaming. I'm surprised there aren't many titles already
Perhaps I didn't make my raving, drooling enthusiasm clear enough... :-D Having something as epic in size as Xenosaga I+II on the DS would be just mindblowing - maybe we'll see the first 2-cart DS game? :smt043 And you'd hope that, with the first two installments of the series on the system, all future episodes might make their way to the DS as well.
Or, they will do like they did for the XS Movie DVD that came with XS2 and strip out enough to make it fit on one cart...
did they say that XS 1+2 were going to be combined into one game, or will it be one of those buy XS1, than buy XS2, as to say both games on the system, but sold sepratly
Good to see there are more of us. I just hope they do keep the Mitsuda soundtrack, and that I happen to be able to buy the system when it comes out this side of the pond.
