trying to confirm prototype type s xbox controller

hay guys i pick this controller up with a xbox i bort from a thrift store a wile ago and just thort it was a cheap xbox contorler or something so i put a usb cable on the end and now i'm more into collecting xboxs i found a vid on prototype xbox controllers hopeting to get one if i get any prototype units then relise holy damn i think i may have one but i wonted to chick becasue it has no "prototype" stickers on it

Yep, or as Ive said, a US (or another country) release of the Japanese controller, which is actually pre-controller S naming.

Got a few of these & didnt really think anything about the cord color different etc. Are these actually worth more than a standard s controller?

Yep, Borman is right. Controller is worth around the same. They're super common here in Australia due to them being included in the Beast Entertainment Pack, I opened mine up the other day completely the same.
