    Heres a quick video tutorial for the slim. There wasn't much need in going all out for it since I'm using the cmod at the moment, but if should help some people with installing in their slims.

    once you program that cmod do you remove the dvd drive wires, or keep them with the other wires? Also are the other wires needed along with the dvd drive wires to program it, or do u program it with the dvd drive wires, then add the rest?

    It's an easy 3.3v source, or can use the 3.3v from the motherboard.

    I just soldered that up to program the chip, you can use it connected to the 360, but I figured a 360 dvd drive power adapter would be easier to use, so i went that route. If I was programming a bunch of c mods it would be the best thing to use hands down, and it still works great with just one, better then having to switch solder wires on every time I need to program it.

    but after your done programming it you remove the dvd drive wires?
