I know who you meant http://www.huliq.com/10164/comiccon-leaks-new-ultimate-marvel-vs-capcom-3-characters-revealed-video and my statement stands he's in the game
Yeah, IF you can hit her, but if your opponent is smart enough to just keep her alive until they get to 5 bars, you're screwed. Besides, it's pretty ridiculous to have to resort to the "kill Phoenix at all costs" tactic every time.
Ultimate? Please. This should have been the sole release of the game. Capcom has lost it. I will not be buying any game they release until the final "limited platinum super ultimate arcade" edition is $15 used. Not even $20. Because I'm sure they'll want me to spend the rest of my paycheck on DLC that should have been (and technically is) on the disc to begin with. On another note, I noticed there's a Super SFIV Arcade edition. Was there ever an arcade release (besides time-based modded 360 units) or am I missing something here? Douchebags.
SSF IV: AE runs on Taito Type X2 hardware, preferably in a shiny new Vewlix cabinet. Got my pre-orders in for this as well as KoFXIII and DDP Resurrection. God bless Rising Star Games.
 Ah, that makes sense then. I remember reading that there weren't any plans on an arcade version, but in retrospect it must have been MvC3 I was thinking about.
Arcade Edition was based on the arcade release of ssf4 which included balance changes and 5 new characters.
Wasn't this oversaturation what Killed the fighting game trend in the mid 90s? Careful there capcom CAREFUL
