yep, this game was not ported to another system. It's also older than 2001.

Konami is a Japanese comapny so nope there. This is an American game by an American company。

The most amazing thing about this game is that it was written for another format but will run on the Dreamcast pretty much unmodified (from what I understand). Think of the history behind Dreamcast. That may help things.

My guess is an American football game. As far as I know it is the only American sport that is named and played in a completely different manner. Perhaps NFL Blitz or a NFL Quarterback Club.

He probably means that it makes use of the Windows CE SDK for porting it to the Dreamcast (and most likely since Microsoft is an American company). I have all of the sports games released in North America. Going by the names, none appear to be the third in a series unless it's an American football game (which I don't really follow, so can't be sure).

OK, I've made a bit of a blunder in my post about it originally being programmed for another system. Here's the correct way I should have wrote what I wanted to say, straight from the horses mouth.

Just to clarify, the executable is, of course, Dreamcast native. It is the source code that was more or less kept the same, just recompiled for the Dreamcast.

Think of it like the basic "Hello World" program. Hello World runs on pretty much any platform out there and the source code used from platform to platform is very similar. Generally there are just minor changes to header files and perhaps a syntax update here or there. Now you can't take a compiled DOS version of the Hello World program and directly run it on the Dreamcast, but you can take the same bit of source code and compile both DOS and Dreamcast executables.

    That all make sense?

PS: Someone in this thread has come close to the answer already
