So I posted about this one a while back, but I didn't have a working Game Gear to test it on. I finally got one so I thought you guys may like some screen shots: Taking pictures of a Game Gear screen is not the easiest thing in the world as you can imagine. After messing with the MAME ROM it appears to be an arcade port. Unlike many shitastic unreleased games, this one also received fantastic reviews in Gamepro: The Proto has a small pen mark that says "vidpro", not sure if that sheds light on where it came from. For a Game Gear I must admit you did a great job getting screen shots without building TV out hardware. I applaud you good sir. I hope you have this dumped if not anything for your personal collection to prevent bit rot taking it from the world.
I back up all my stuff as soon as possible. I've dumped the two EPROMs, but haven't attempted to combine them into a working game file. The raw data is backed though, so I guess that's the most important thing. I wish the picture quality was better, but this is the best I could get after a whole bunch of attempts. Glad you like them!
Use the macro mode of your camera, a tripod, and no flash, and you can typically have better results Still, nice find none the less
