you mean he just stole the pictures and the auction was fake? 52,000 would be kinda cheap if this was for real. chances are the picture on the warp zone are his and he just reused them for the auction. smells fishy, though. just noticed he is selling some other (super) famicom protos, too.
It is a real unreleased game, seen it a few times now. I think the last one I remember sold for about that much too. I don't think there is anything fishy about the ending price, but can't say for sure though.
I didn't know if anything was fishy, but I just noticed that the pictures were the same. He could be the owner of the pictures, who knows. He's sold other similar items and received positive feedback. But for an item like this it just seems like it's a red flag...
