    It was I that told him of the truth behind these CDs.

    They are factory pressed, I have quite a few of them. They are just non-printed commercial releases, nothing more. None of mine are betas. None of the discs I could see in the pic are CD-Rs.

    He just doesn't know much about them. Odd how people on this board are always so suspicious! They are what they are, these things have come up before and they'll come up again.

    Yes they are promos. No there was never any difference in these promos (or no proof of that) to the final thing. They were sent out for reviewing before the batch was sent to print.

    I might pay $100 for loose Panzer Dragoon Saga, Sonic Jam, Shining Force 3, Burning Rangers, Mystaria and Dragon Force bundled together :drinkers:

    Mystaria and Sonic Jam can be had in PAL land for respectively 10 and 20 euro`s if you`re lucky... and here in Japan I`ve seen complete copies of Sonic Jam numerous times for a mere 1500 yen.

    The other games are a whole different bunch indeed :smt009
