[Unreleased] Tomb Raider 4 - The Times Exclusive Demo - v15.12.1999

Just managed to finish the demo. Not sure how, though. I was in the upper alcove in the last room, blasting away at the door down below and at the glitchy graphic poking through the floor. I cycled through all the different kinds of grenade lanucher ammo. Dropping back down, I was trying to replicate the door glitch seen in the other PSX TR4 demo, where you can teleport through the door to the other side. However, when I jumped at the door at one point, the credits loaded and rolled. I haven't been able to replicate this, but it seems that the demo can be completed.

 

The demo is completable, before there were no end triggers at all I had to add those. However I'll PM you with what you have to do at the end.

 

Right I understand that I mislead myself then. Well I appreciate that you sharing this and I didn't see this one coming as a Playstation Official port. I did download it this morning and I can't get it to work with the PS1 emulator, so I just leave it out for now.

So I guess there might be a chance that Core Design do have the TR Unfinished business for Playstation port ? What your opinion on that ?

Never less, I respect that you doing the hard work/ for your own time on your project as Porting it over to the PS1 and I did mention that I said that in your Private message quiet some time ago.
Not sure what you mean about Lack of interest ? Just in case you didn't know, Head over to Tomb Raider forum which someone already made a thread about your project work and you got quiet a few of members to support your work. Maybe you should set a donation for your hardwork

Found that one of the flare glitches works. I got up on to the small balcony in the first treasure room (where Secret #2 is in the PC version). No grill at the back, only a wall, so I take it that's one of the missing rooms from the beta version. Have been trying the same trick in the first room of the demo, but no luck teleporting up to any higher level (assuming there is anything up there).
