Since emulation of the Saturn is spotty most of the time people who enjoy playing and making/using cheat codes can only do so much but if we could do the same on original hardware then yes there would be plenty of people interested. I have many connections to the many cheat code making sites and word would spread fast and I know people would buy it. Also if there was some unofficial ARP firmware with more code support similar to the PSX cheat devices that would also be a selling point.
