    This is a v1. Not sure if there is any differences between v1 to v4. If imagine they are small pcb changes to help reduce cost.

    How well does this actually work? The games run at full speed and everything? Do the game files need patching or anything like the serial port dreamshell adapter requires?

    It works well. Games don't need any patching. I've really only messed with GDI games however. But I know CDI files work. Bleemcast games don't work and some homebrews too. Hopefully MNEMO fixes these in the future. Sale is pending know though.

    I wouldn't bother with versions , it seems the only difference that we know is the connector used, internal/external/etc
    I have a v1 like this, it works with both gdi and cdi games no problem. The buyer will surely enjoy it :)

    I am glad to be able to get this one and am glad the versions function the same. The only difference that I read about was the initial update procedure.

    Man wish I had known this was for sale. Been after an external one for what seems like ages. Should something happen text me as I would prefer this over DS RC4, BTW it's the guy you sold the tricked out CECHB with stealth teensy to LOL
