iirc it used to, for a while. When I joined this forum I seem to recall rep points were on but it stopped soon after.
It's seldom used, and doesn't seem to have much value really. Many people are outright caustic and would have -9000 reps by now.
My personal experience with forum rep systems taught me that typically it works a bit like this: - Post a detailed and informative tutorial about hardware or post a project log of your epic modding project : Get +1 rep. - Post a funny cat meme : Get +5 rep.
I back when, on another forum where they used a rep. system. And it escalated out of hand, people got lots of negative points and that gave the whole system a bad morale against some users. I myself do not like the rep. system.
