Ed Wood Jr. is officially the worst Director ever. By the way, the biographic movie, starring Depp, is pretty nice too if you're into old-looking Black n White films =)

Tax evasion - he does it on purpose ;) I bet investors give him a generous clean lump-sum for this "service".

    he's my little German money-laundering/tax-evading hero ;)

The German people don't want to fund those movies any more becuase Uwe Boll's movies are far worse than anything Hitler did.

I wouldnt go as far as to compare a mere crap directo to one of history's most loathed figures . I d compare Hitler to Henry Kissinger, now that's a man of deadly caliber.

Just finished seeing some interviews. I actually like him, and on many points he is right.

To be honest, most modern films lack the shocking vulgar humour people like me like - you know, the abusive humour- and I m looking forward to getting a glimpse at postal just for laughs.

In the end, although his movies aren't masterpieces he still has a right them - House of the dead was a nice movie after a hangover with a friend, be it for the tits or the ridiculous story :p

No way. House of the Dead was total shit in every respect of the word. It was annoying more than anything else.

I think Godwin's Law is now in effect - thus this argument is null and void.

I remember that one, I saw it in a theater, we were only 3 persons seeing that movie, and it was a good one...

No matter what people say, he is a good business man. I had contact via mail
with him and send him a cheap little script in which I described a scene from
a Carmageddon movie I would like to do him. He fought the critics in words and
punches and he makes movies of videogames, which do not have great storylines.
    So what.
If I want smart movies, I watch Tati, Tarkovski or Fellini.

And for Ed Wood: He was an amateur but he lived a tragic live and tried to follow his
dream. A tragic figur, but he also was a pioneer in some way (watch his trasvestite movie).
He gave b-actors a chance and was always fair.
Say *shit* to all that CGI made remakes today.

Yes! But with the original intro of Twisted Metal 2 WT! With that dry,
hard humor of Calypso. And the original voice! Yes!

Dungeon Siege was 1st place in Germany (and many million USD in U.S.)
DVDBO was doing good also, and he earns more than 100,000 - 200,000 USD / movie. Why should we feel sorry for him?
