Probably the LA girls over there have some kind of complex which makes them act like (please pardon the word) slaves...aka i will die for the one i am looking for...until i get him, and then its over. Its the same as ever, the same mistake i made with my last girl.
You know, in love its the one who runs away that wins.
Remember that love is a two - edge sword, cutting both on the giving it and pretending it. Some people just dont feel good with themselves if they dont have something to fight/pretend for. That's stupid, but hey, its theyr way of life, so lets respect them. And yes, this is not love, this is much more egoism, so you already know what you have to do.
Thr trick is the infamous UML-keyword : generalize.
"Abstract" yourself from such ill-fated kiddy thinking and you'll be the king of the hill.

As i said above, remember not to step down to theyr low level...you are better than them, always keep it in mind. Its not you who lost something, or did something wrong, not at all! its them - with a high cost on theyr side. I think that if somebody can realize that, the next morning he'll wake up it will only get better for him, having just found a true life-veritas. Courage!

Hawanja - you just described Mexican women. The trick? Be respectful but don't let anyone walk all over you. That means to be playfully egothistical and sarcastic, and to speak your mind. That line moms say... "be yourself," it works like that. Keep yourself in the high regard you deserve, and they will follow.
Frankly, sir, women are mostly broken. But there's always a chance to find one that's about as broken as you are (I had this great luck once. It didn't last, though), or one that fits you emotionally like a lego block.
Women have this inner guilt problem, in which they assume they don't deserve better than cheaters and assholes. Plus, cheaters and assholes are egothistical and challenging to get, so they keep them on their toes, if only negatively. Egothistical men assume they deserve everything - and women eventually assume the same about them, since they are hard to get and hard to change, and that keeps them on their toes.
Apply the same by keeping yourself together and speaking your mind. If you manage to keep a balance of being mentally challenging but also chivalrous (which is simply gotten to by being oneself), then you're set. No manipulative games, no "system", no crappy books. Just be you and someone who deserves you will be there eventually, as long as you keep regard for yourself and an element of innovation.

... or be very rich. That works too.

Everybody has relationship problems, and actually my stories are not as crazy as some people's stories I've heard. For instance, none of my relationships have ever degenerated into physical violence. It's more a feeling of frustration than anything else. I'm sure soon I'll find another crazy bitch and start the process all over again. I'm just tired of fucking masturbating everyday.
