Also worth noting that (I can't believe I"m saying this) the PS2 is obviously the retro-console of choice now. These games wouldn't sell well at all on the other two.

 

True, to be hoenest i love the ps2, but until developers really get on it imho, the xbox wins the graphics.. I know GT4 (yeah i think) will roxx for gfx, and the ps2 can do ALOT, but noone is taking advantage of it!

What do you mean no one is taking advantage of it? Have you not seen Killzone or MGS3? I don't think you can expect much more out of it as it anyways but saying no one is taking advantage of it is a far stretch from the truth.

 

It is too bad it is currently not possible for developers to make a model 1,2, 3 emulator currently, as for conversions, what prevents it from looking exactly like the arcade is how the models are drawn, I read that the model boards draw in squares (or quads was it?) Instead or polys or triangles. Maybe one day an emu will be perfected, i mean saturn emulation has come a long way, and nobody thought sega cd and cps2 could be emulated, it takes time, even the big companies half the time use emus made by the underground community.

 

I recently bought the SEGA AGES Windbreaker Set with the OutRun remake and the Puyo Perfect set. The windbreaker is a nice black with the names of all of SEGA's home hardware on the back.

But I think the Cube userbase would like to play them.

How much did the windbreaker package cost, id-republix? I'm just wondering because I wanted to get the one with the black t-shirt but for $80 from liksang for a shirt and 2 games that I don't really care about is too much
